Terms of Service

IMG Weddings is a wedding photography and videography studio based in Jamaica, providing creative services together with an online client portal for planning, proposals, galleries, messaging, and payments.

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Project-specific terms — scope, fees, deposits, payment schedule, timelines, revision limits, cancellation, and delivery — are set out in your signed proposal, contract, or invoice. Where those documents apply, they take precedence over these general terms.

Deposits and retainers reserve your date and may be non-refundable as stated in your contract. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Prices shown in the package builder are estimates generated from your selections and are not a binding quote until confirmed by us in a proposal or invoice. We may correct obvious pricing errors. Promotional or complimentary items are subject to the conditions shown at the time of selection.

Shared links, galleries, downloads, and portal features are provided for approved recipients only. Access may be limited, expired, or revoked to protect privacy and project integrity. You may not share access credentials or redistribute deliverables beyond the rights granted in your contract.

Unless your contract states otherwise, IMG Weddings retains copyright in all photographs and films we create. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to view, download, print, and share your deliverables. We may use selected images and films for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless you have requested otherwise in writing.

The website, software, designs, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse the portal, galleries, payment, or messaging features; not to attempt to access data that is not yours; and not to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform.

The Services rely on trusted third-party providers (for example hosting, database, storage, email, payments, and analytics). Your use of the Services may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites we link to.

We may update features, workflows, or infrastructure as the Services evolve. We aim for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access across all devices, browsers, or integrations. We may suspend access for maintenance or security.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMG Weddings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the applicable services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Services you also agree to that policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where you are protected by mandatory consumer or data-protection laws of your own country, those protections still apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Services after changes means you accept them.
