• Information you give us — name, email, phone, wedding details (date, venue, guest information you add), package selections, messages, documents, and payment details you submit.
• Account & portal data — login credentials (passwords are stored hashed), preferences, planning content (checklists, guest lists, seating charts, moodboards), and galleries shared with you.
• Automatically collected data — device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and basic analytics used to operate and improve the Services.
• Media — photographs and films we create for you as part of your engagement.

• To provide and manage your bookings, portal, galleries, and deliverables — to perform our contract with you.
• To process payments and send invoices and receipts — contract and legal obligation.
• To communicate with you about your project and respond to enquiries — contract and legitimate interests.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Services — legitimate interests.
• For marketing and portfolio use of selected images/films — with your consent or as permitted by your contract; you can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it, including:

• Hosting, database & storage providers (e.g. our application host and Supabase) — to store and serve your data and media.
• Payment processors — to handle payments securely (we do not store full card numbers).
• Email and communication providers — to send transactional and project emails.
• Analytics providers — to understand and improve usage.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and business requirements. Wedding media may be retained as part of our archive and portfolio. You may request deletion as described below, subject to records we must keep by law.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you, and request a copy.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your information (subject to legal retention).
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
• Data portability, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the portal working, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect portal functionality.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authorities of a material breach as required by law.

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
