- Account & portal data — login credentials (passwords are stored hashed), preferences, planning content (checklists, guest lists, seating charts, moodboards), and galleries shared with you.
- Automatically collected data — device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and basic analytics used to operate and improve the Services.
- Media — photographs and films we create for you as part of your engagement.
3. How & Why We Use It (Legal Bases)
- To provide and manage your bookings, portal, galleries, and deliverables — to perform our contract with you.
- To process payments and send invoices and receipts — contract and legal obligation.
- To communicate with you about your project and respond to enquiries — contract and legitimate interests.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Services — legitimate interests.
- For marketing and portfolio use of selected images/films — with your consent or as permitted by your contract; you can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
4. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it, including:
- Hosting, database & storage providers (e.g. our application host and Supabase) — to store and serve your data and media.
- Payment processors — to handle payments securely (we do not store full card numbers).
- Email and communication providers — to send transactional and project emails.
- Analytics providers — to understand and improve usage.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.
5. International Transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and business requirements. Wedding media may be retained as part of our archive and portfolio. You may request deletion as described below, subject to records we must keep by law.
